Games Galore: Get ready for a surprise mix of classic and imaginative games! From our larger-than-life stoplight for a thrilling ‘Red Light, Green Light’ game to our unique ‘cheese toss’, we keep the surprises coming.
Parachute Play: Who can resist the allure of the colorful parachute? We incorporate exciting parachute activities that are sure to delight.

If we are available, an invoice for a deposit and a contract will be sent.
Your music birthday part date and time will not be secured until a deposit is taken. All music birthday party deposits are non-refundable. Birthday party deposits are $125. Private/corporate event deposits are 50% of the agreed-upon price.
After your party deposit is received, a 15 minute discovery call will be set up. The purpose of this call will be to confirm all basic information for your event and give you the opportunity to indicate interest in any party add-on’s. If interest is indicated in an add-on, we will get back to you ASAP with a quote for you to either approve or deny.
All party information, such as venue and headcount, must be finalized 7 days prior to your event. Add-ons must be finalized 14 days prior to your event. Sandcastle cannot guarantee the accommodation of any last minute requests. If any change is indicated in less than the aforementioned time frames, additional fees may apply.
All party add-ons are dependent on availability.
Each party package includes up to 20 children. Any party with a final headcount of more than 20 children will be charged $10 for each additional child. All headcounts must be finalized 7 days prior to your event.
All travel fees will be calculated by using the standard IRS mileage rate of 67 cents per mile.
If your event has to be cancelled, we attempt to reschedule until your event is completed. After two reschedule attempts, you will have the option of a $125 credit being issued for a future event booking, or a $125 gift card balance put onto your user account for any other future purchase with us. All availability for rescheduling an event will depend on any events that are already booked on our calendar. Please contact us prior to re-booking your venue to ensure our availability.

All deposits must be paid a minimum of two weeks in advance of your event.
If you would like to book your party less than two weeks in advance, you will incur a $100 surcharge on your final invoice. Please always inquire about our availability.
Yes, ask about our returning party client discounts!
Yes. Please submit any music requests during your discovery call. If your requests are approved, you will be billed at a rate of $30 an hour for additional rehearsal time depending on how extensive your request is. All rehearsal time for a music birthday party will be added to your final invoice.
